How does AR tracing work?
Choose a drawing, pick Draw with Camera, place your phone on a cup or stand above a sheet of paper and follow the faint outline you see on screen with your pencil. Use the Opacity slider to make the guide lighter or darker and Lock to keep it in place.
What is Draw with Screen?
Lay a thin sheet of paper directly on your screen, increase brightness and trace the lines that show through. No camera needed.
Does the App upload my photos or drawings?
No. Images are processed on your device and saved to your gallery (Pictures/DrawLens, Movies/DrawLens). The App uses ad, analytics and crash-reporting SDKs described in our Privacy Policy.
Why does the App ask for camera and microphone?
The camera powers the AR overlay and photo capture. The microphone is used only if you record a video with sound. You can change permissions in Settings → Apps → DrawLens → Permissions.
Where are my saved drawings?
In your gallery, under Pictures/DrawLens (photos) and Movies/DrawLens (recordings), and in the App's Gallery tab.
How do I unlock a locked drawing?
Tap a drawing with the video badge and choose to watch a short rewarded ad. If no ad is available, the drawing unlocks anyway.
Does the App work offline?
Yes — the drawing library and lessons are built in. Ads and the online image search need an internet connection.
Are there purchases or subscriptions?
No. DrawLens is free and ad-supported. Refund questions about any Google Play purchase can be handled at Google Play Help.
How do I change ad consent?
Open Settings → Privacy options in the App (shown in regions where consent applies), or reset your Advertising ID in Android Settings.
