Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of DrawLens – AR Sketch & Trace ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App.
3. Free app, ads and rewarded unlocks
The App is free and supported by advertising. Some drawings can be unlocked by voluntarily watching a rewarded ad. The App does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App or its drawing library.
- Do not use the App to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. Images you find through the in-app search or import from your device belong to their respective owners — trace them for personal practice only.
- Do not interfere with ads or attempt to circumvent technical limits.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the drawings, photos and videos you create. They are stored on your device; you are responsible for backing them up.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to USD 10. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Google Play
These Terms are between you and us, not Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with applicable export laws.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
